We have very extensive knowledge, backed by official certifications of multiple IT providers, in the troubleshooting of software related IT problems.
Key to this is constant training and advancements of everyone at MICS to stay “up-to-date”, while retaining a huge amount of background knowledge to build up experience.
To give an overview of IT issues we help resolve:
Installation & Update Issues
- Windows Updates failing or stuck during installation.
- Software won’t install due to missing permissions, corrupted files, or incompatible versions.
- Driver update failures, causing hardware malfunctions (e.g. printers, displays).
System Performance Problems
- Slow startup or shutdown, caused by too many startup programs or faulty drives.
- Lag, freezing, or crashing in applications or Windows itself.
- High CPU, disk, or memory usage, due to background services (e.g. Windows Search or antivirus scans).
Security and Malware Concerns
