To get emails hosted by us set up on any Android based device, using the Gmail program:
Open Gmail. Tap the three horizontal lines in the top left corner.

Scroll all the way down to Settings and tap Settings.

Add account.

Choose Other.

Enter Email address.

Choose Personal (IMAP).

Enter the emails password.

If it has a field Server, make sure the server is mail.yourdomain.com .

It will validate and switch to Outgoing server.

Make sure the server is mail.yourdomain.com

It will validate again.
