open Mail – add account (big plus in top left corner)

Internet email (POP or IMAP)

email address – your email address

user name – your full email address

password – your email accounts password

account name – most people use their email address for this

send your messages using this name – what you would like people who receive your mails to see where the mail comes from. Personal name, or your Company for example.

incoming email server – your_domain.com

account type:

• POP if you’re going to use the account only on one device
• IMAP if you are going to use the account on multiple devices
• 
  

outgoing server – your_domain.com

tick all four boxes with security requirements

Sign in – DONE 🙂
